Providers and practitioners
A provider owns the store configuration, billing, and publishing. Practitioners can be linked to stations and services so clients book the right person or room. Policies define whether staff can edit their own shifts.
Team access
Team settings let you manage who works at the store and what they can access. For specialised modules (for example transport merchants), additional team roles may apply when those features are enabled.
